摘    要:学习关系着学习型组织的有无和兴衰成败,关系着员工能否活出生命的意义,但现在我国还有不少学习型组织没有取得学习实效。为了改变这一状况,在学习中,学习型组织应该处理好五种关系:学习实效和学习型组织的流行热、广义学习和狭义学习、持久性学习和阶段性学习、整体学习成效和个体对学习的需要、对组织学习的领导和学习型组织领导者的新角色。

Abstract:The success or failure of learning organization depends on learning, and learning is also closely linked whether the staff can live the meaning of life, but now few learning organization in China can achieve satisfactory result. To improve this situation, learning organization should deal with five relations during the learning very well. The five relations include the relation of the results of learning and the popularity of learning organization, broad sense learning and narrow sense learning, persistent learning and intermittent learning, the results of entirety learning and the need of individual learning, the leading of learning organization and the new roles of learning organization leaders.
