教研,通用技术学科腾飞的翅膀

摘    要:高中通用技术学科是新的课程改革的亮点和难点。亮点在于它是着力提高学生的技术素养、促进学生全面发展和个性发展的课程,而难点则在于专业教师的欠缺与因未列入高考而受学校轻视。如何彰显通用技术课程的亮点与突破课程实施难点,开展有效教研是解决这两个问题的关键。“专家引领,注重培训;三级连动,共同成长;网络教研,集思广益;竞赛磨砺,打造师资”是行之有效的教研模式。

Abstract:The high school general technical discipline is a highlight as well as a hard job in the new curricu- lum reform. We say it is a highlight because it is a course that focuses on promoting the students" technical literacy and their all-round development; while we say it is a hard job because there is a lack of professional teachers and a lack of support from school leaders, for it is not an examination course in the college entrance examinations. The key to solve the two problems is to highlight this course, overcome the difficult point, and do teaching research effective- ly. Effective modes of teaching research include training under the guidance of experts; developing with the coopera- tion of the three level organizations; drawing upon all useful opinions through network teaching research; and build- ing the teaching forces through competitions and contests.
