摘    要:教师文化革新是课程改革的深层次支撑因素。教师文化的内涵可从内容和形式两个角度加以分析,教师文化的传统特质制约着课程改革。新课程呼唤新的教师文化,教师树立课程意识以及形成合作开放的行为方式是实施新课程的关键。

Abstract:The teachers' cultural reconstruction is one of the most important factor of curriculum reform. From two angle about content and form ,we can analyze the meaning of teachers' culture. The traditional characteristic of teachers' culture restrict the curriculum reform. New curriculum appears for new teachers' culture. It is crucial that teachers should set up curriculum consciousness as well as form cooperative and open behavior way.
