| 摘 要： | 采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和青少年社会适应性量表对广西壮族自治区龙州县362名高中生进行了调查,并利用先进的统计方法探讨时间管理倾向和社会适应性的关系模型。结果发现职业高中男生的时间监控观存在年级差异;时间监控观和时间效能感直接影响社会适应性,时间价值感通过时间监控观和时间效能感间接影响社会适应性。时间监控观的作用较为重要,可以从时间监控观的教育和训练着手增强学生的社会适应性。

| Abstract: | A sample of 362 high school students in border area was tested with Questionnaire of Social Adaptability and Time management Disposition Inventory.Structural equation model was used to examine the relationship between social adaptability and time management disposition.Results indicated significant differences exist in vocational high school male students' time control disposition.Time efficacy and time control directly affect Social Adaptability,while sense of time value indirectly affect Social Adaptability through time efficacy and time control.Time control,from which we can increase students' social adaptability,is especially important. |
