| 摘 要： | 结合《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》(以下称《条例》)在湖南省的实施情况和湖南省政府信息公开工作中存在的问题,分析推动湖南省政府信息公开的动力因素之所在,主要包括公众意识、政府责任、市场经济和科学技术的推动四个因素。最后提出应在政府与公众之间的互动机制建设、配套制度建设、基础设施建设等方面进行改进和提高,以促进我省政府信息公开工作的开展。
