| 摘 要： | 对中国古代寓言中的体育心理学思想进行了整理和发掘。认为“神形合一”是我国古代体育心理学思想的特色,仿生体育的产生和发展则从实践的层面证实了身心并重的人文体育心理学思想。

| Abstract: | Sports psychology thoughts in the Chinese ancient allegories were sorted out and explored,the idea of "combining mind and body together" was put forth as the features of sports psychology thoughts in ancient China. The appearance and development of bionic sports proved the humane sports psychology thoughts of "paying equal (attention) to body and mind" from the practical aspect. |
