| 摘 要： | 从系统论的观点看,考试管理是由一定的要素、一定的结构,按照特定的目的和一定的方法组成的复杂系统。因此,考试组织工作要尽可能地围绕着发挥人的能力和需要展开,组织的结构设计要充分考虑人的需要,管理者应通过做好人的工作,使全体工作人员明确整体目的、个人职责、工作意义及其相互关系等,主动、积极、认真、创造性地完成自己的任务,这种以人为本的管理就是把尊重人、关心人、激励人作为重点,充分发挥人在工作中的主体作用,依靠人的力量完成工作任务。 |

| Abstract: | On the point of the system theory,the test management is a complex system that is composed of certain essential factors and certain structure according to a specific goal and certain method.Therefore,the test organization work must revolve to display human's ability and needs as far as possible.The design of the organization's structural needs should fully consider human's need.The administrator should manage to complete the human's management,which can make the crew master the overall goal,the personnel duty,the work significance and the reciprocity and so on so that they can be initiative,positive,earnest,creative to complete their own tasks.This management emphasizes respecting,caring about and encouraging human,fully playing the main body role in work and depending upon human's strength to complete the task. |
