| 摘 要： | 大学生实践创新训练计划是高校创新型人才培养的有效载体,对提高大学生的创新能力、实践能力具有重要作用.结合多年大学生实践创新训练计划工作实践,论述了该项工作的重要性和现实意义,并对大学生实践创新训练计划组织保障、过程管理以及问题和对策进行了探讨.
