| 摘 要： | 民族建设的基本涵义是同一国家之内实现政治和民族文化的统一化。民国时期中国的民族建设话语是孙中山的“民族同化”思想和国民党的中央集权主义。广西新桂系势力迎合了这一民族建设诉求，实施了各项民族政策．取得一定的成就，同时也牺牲了少数民族的平等权利。但不管是民国时期的民族建设话语还是新桂系的民族政策．都必须“民族政策以民族平等团结、巩固和维系中华民族多元一体格局为基准，才能实现民族建设的目标。”
