| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是落实科学发展观的具体体现,是实现产业结构升级和调整的重大举措,是缓解资源瓶颈、实现可持续发展的根本途径。文章简述了循环经济的内涵和实质,分析了黄石市发展循环经济的现状和存在的主要问题,提出了黄石市发展循环经济的对策。

| Abstract: | Developing circular economy is the concrete embodiment of implementing the scientific concept of development,is the major step to realize and adjust the upgrading of the industrial structure,and is the basic way to alleviate resource bottleneck and to realize the sustainable development.This paper briefly expounds the connotation and essence of circular economy,analyzes existing problems and current situation of it in Huangshi city,and puts forward the countermeasure to develop it. |
