试论创新应用型本科旅游管理人才培养模式

摘    要:人才培养模式创新主要包括培养目标定位、培养内容与方法的创新,根据应用型本科的培养目标,将旅游管理专业的培养目标定位于培养旅游企业中高级管理人员。以社会需求为导向,结合旅游管理专业利益相关者之间的关系,构建利益相关者共同参与的旅游管理人才培养模式,其中,核心利益相关者——旅游院系、学生与旅游企业三者之间主要存在六个方面的互动,边缘核心利益相关者则主要是对人才培养模式的运作起支持性作用。
