摘    要:信息化因覆盖面广、可复制、可共享、低成本的优势,为消弭城乡教育发展鸿沟提供了空间。其主要通过共享课程资源和教师资源、延伸学习空间等方式弥补教师资源的不合理配置,提高弱势地区的教育质量,从而达到消除差距的目的。但在实地调研中发现基本环境建设、教师信息素养、管理体制等因素限制了信息化的应用水平。因此,为最大限度发挥信息化效用,应搭建信息化资源共享平台以优化教育资源供给,建立跨区域师资互动模式以提升教师应用能力,构建多主体协同发展机制以激发微观主体活力。

Abstract:Information has these advantages, like wide coverage, replication, sharing and low cost. It provides space for breakthrough the gap between urban and rural education development. It mainly makes up for the unreasonable allocation of teacher resources by sharing course resources and teacher resources, extending learning space, improving the quality of education in vulnerable areas, so as to eliminate the gap. However, it is found that the basic environment construction, teachers’ information literacy, management system and other factors limit the application level of information. Therefore, in order to make the information achieve the best role. It is necessary to build an information resource sharing platform to optimize the supply of educational resources, establish a crossregional teacher interaction model to enhance the application ability of teachers, and to build a multi-agent collaborative development mechanism to stimulate the vitality of micro-agents.
