| 摘 要： | 租界是近代中国半殖民地化的象征 ,但又树立了近代西方城市的模板 ,促进了中国城市的近代化 ;租界是西方列强掠夺中国人民财富的基地 ,但又是中国近代经济发展的一种促进因素 ;租界既是殖民侵略的桥头堡 ,又是先进的资本主义文明在落后的封建中国的窗口。租界充当了历史的“不自觉的工具”。

| Abstract: | Concession is the symbol of colonization of modern China. However, it is the pattern of the modern western city, and give impetus to modernization of Chinese cities. Concession is not only the base where western big powers plundered Chinese resources and wealth, but also the promotion element of economic development in modern China. Concession is both the bridgehead of colonial aggression and the widow through which capitalistic civilization spread in China. Concession is the root of evil filled with dirt and darkness. Concession is also the political arms used by revolutionary. In all, concession unconsciously acted as a tool in the history. |
