摘    要:情感是人的价值观确立的激励机制;是认识发生的动力机制;是行为选择的评价机制。情感是做好思想政治教育工作的根本因素,是增强教育实效性的基本前提。新时期思想政治教育要做到人性化、“抒情型”,就必须以人为本,认同人的情感;“虚功实做”,激发人的情感;教育工作者要以身作则,带动人的情感。

Abstract:Affection is the excitation mechanism in the formation of people's value system,the motivation mechanism in noegenesis,and the evaluation mechanism in the behavior choice.Therefore it is one of the fundamental elements which should be considered in ideological and political education,whose effectiveness to a large extent depends on how affective factors are dealt with.It follows that ideological and political education in current time should be humanized,that is,it should be people-oriented,allowing for affective factors.Educators should adopt a pragmatic and down-to-earth attitude in their educational practice so as to activate people affective factors and bring them into full play.
