| 摘 要： | 体育师资和体育设施影响是一个地区中学体育发展和体育教学质量的重要因素。本通过陕西南部地区中学体育师资与设施现状的调查与分析，发现陕西南部地区中学体育师资与设施仅能满足目前教学的基本需要，但远远落后于社会发展的需要，并就此提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Important factor influencing high school sports development and sports teaching quality was the power of sports teachers and sports estblishments.According to analysis and investigation on the power of sports teachers and ports establishment of high school in South of Shanxi Province,it was showed that the power of sports teachers and sports establishment of high schools in Southern area of Shanxi Province was only satisfied with basic requirements of teaching,but not with the development of future,countermeasures and suggestions was put forward. |
