| 摘 要： | 网络技术的迅速发展与应用引起了教师角色的巨大变化。网络时代的教师 ,必将是学生学习的引导者和健康人格的塑造者 ,同时也是一个终身学习者和教育教学的研究者。广大教师要以积极的态度对待它 ,自觉转变观念 ,熟练掌握和应用现代教育技术 ,不断参与继续教育 ,并在教学实践中加强人文教育和进行教学反思 ,才能积极适应教师角色转变。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development and application of the Internet technology, the role as a teacher has changed greatly. Being a teacher in this era ,you should guide the students in their learning and mould their character, you should also be a life-long learner and an education teaching researcher .All teachers should adopt a positive attitude towards this ,convert their sense consciously ,master and apply modern technologies in education and strengthen human education and teaching reflection in their teaching practice .Only so ,can they positively adapt to the change of the role as a teacher in the Internet era . |
