| 摘 要： | 传承、创新文化,引领文化发展是现代大学始终负有的重要责任和使命;今天将其视为大学的一项重要功能亦有其合法性与必然性。它在提升大学品位、推动高等教育质量跃升,促进不同文化间的沟通交流、扩大中华文化世界影响力,培育创新文化、推动创新型国家构建等方面具有重要功用。为此,大学应通过坚守本性,树立对国家负责的责任担当意识;加强自身文化建设,提升责任担当能力;坚守文化育人的根本使命;坚持人文与科学教育并重;开展广泛的文化交流等多种路径着力发展大学的文化功能,以实现其功用的良好发挥。

| Abstract: | Modern universities are committed to cultural inheritance and innovation.It plays an important role in upgrading the cultural status of universities,advancing higher education quality,promoting intercultural communication and expanding the influence of Chinese culture,nurturing innovative culture and promoting the construction of innovative country.Therefore,universities should adhere to their cultural nature and shoulder their cultural responsibility. |
