| 摘 要： | 我国经济体制的转型及其他所带来的宏观经济的快速发展,极大地推动了我国高等教育体制改革的开展,同时也促使我国大学生就业环境发生了巨大变化。随着我国高等教育规模的扩大,大学毕业生的就业压力越来越大。从转型期我国大学生就业现状入手,系统考察我国变化的就业环境及其特征,对大学生就业总量及走势展开分析,是解决大学生就业问题的基础。

| Abstract: | The transformation and the fast development of macro-economy have stimulated greatly the college education reform and have changed the employment circumstance of the college graduates.At present,the pressure of employment for graduates builds up tremendously.To solve this problem,we should macro-analyze on the Number and trend of college graduates'employment in a changing employment environment. |
