| 摘 要： | 我国的社会利益结构变迁从根本上是与改革和现代化建设相伴而生的，主要特点是：利益主体的多样化;利益实现形式的多样化;利益矛盾的多样化。这一方面促进了社会利益结构日益多元化、公民的政治参与程度提高等，从根本上保证了我国社会的整体稳定。但另一方面，我国的利益结构变迁也对经济、政治、文化造成诸多负面影响，对我国的社会稳定构成潜在威胁。为了形成合理的利益结构，我们应该从完善利益表达机制、统筹城乡协调发展、完善社会再分配机制、完善社会保障制度来促进社会稳定。

| Abstract: | Basically speaking, the transformation of the social benefit structure in China is the result of the reform and modernization. It consists of the variety of the benefit subject, the benefit contradiction and its realization ways . On one hand, it helps to promote the diversification of the social benefit and the participation of the citizens, which basically ensures the social stability. But on the other hand, it also brings forward some negative influence to the economy, politics and culture, which constitutes the potential threat to the social stability of our country. In order to achieve a reasonable benefit structure, we should promote the social stability through improving the expressing system of the benefit, ensuring the harmonica development of the downtown areas and the country, perfecting the social re-distribu- tion system and the social security system. |
