整体型师资培养模式与深化高师历史教育改革

摘    要:长期以来,我国中学历史教师的培养是由两个相对封闭的模式--职前培养和职后培训独立完成的.两种模式因承担不同的培养任务,且管辖归属不同而严重脱节,各行其道,日益暴露其落后与弊端.面向21世纪,培养中学历史教师,必须摈弃"一次性师资培养"的传统观念,以"终身教育"、"终身学习"理论为基础构建整体型师资培养新模式,深化高师历史教育改革,培养具有高素质、健全人格的中学历史教师,以适应知识经济和学习化社会对基础教育发展变革的需要.

Abstract:In China, high school history teachers are cultivated in two independent patterns: pre- vocation and continued trainings. In the 21st century, the cultivation must discard the idea of" training once for all", build new patterns on the basis of "life-long education" theory, deepen higher learning history education reform, and cultivate high school history teachers of high qualities and healthy personality, to meet the need of elementary education development and reform of knowledge economy and social learning.
