| 摘 要： | 为处置不同时期或不同性质的不良资产,化解金融风险,各国资产管理公司采用了不同的运作与存续模式。综合美国等几个样本国家资产管理公司实际案例,总结了其影响转型、退出机制选择的各类要素。具体到我国不良资产市场实际和机构运作现状,提出了已经完成政策性现金回收任务的资产管理公司可逐步转型成为主营不良资产批发业务的政策性金融机构或融入存款保险体系的最新建议。

| Abstract: | Problems from NPLs(Non-Performing Loans) always threaten steadiness of country's financial system.For recovering these NPLs,many countries set up AMCs(Asset Management Corporations).We summarize some important factors that influence AMCs' future and analyze mechanism of close or transformation,referring to cases from typical AMCs of America,Sweden,Korea,Thailand and Malaysia,etc.According to facts and trends of China's NPL market and AMCs,we get consequences and suggestions about Chinese AMCs' classification and transformation. |
