| 摘 要： | 阐述了新形势下高等学校实验室建设的重要性和必要性,介绍了近年来上海交通大学在实验教学、实验室建设与管理方面的一系列改革举措和实施效果。学校开展特色实验项目建设,加强自主实验建设,探索CDIO实验教学模式,不断深化实验教学改革;实施实验室系列"辉煌计划"、"晨星计划",开展实验队伍培训、先进评选,不断加强队伍建设;鼓励自制教学仪器设备,创新实验技术;加快实验室管理信息系统建设,营造网络化、规范化的实验教学环境;推进本科生科研计划,提高实验室效益。

| Abstract: | The importance and necessity of laboratory construction under the new period were discussed.The reforming measures and implementing effect were introduced about the experimental teaching,laboratory building and laboratory management in Shanghai Jiaotong University.The measures include constructing characteristic experimental projects,strengthening independent experimental projects,exploring CDIO experimental teaching method,implementing incentive plans for lab technician,encouraging self-made teaching equipments,developing laboratory management information systems,and promoting undergraduate research programs,etc. |
