环境法学课程“层次性案例教学”模式探索

摘    要:针对目前案例教学中出现的案例选取、组织不合理的现象,根据环境法学课程特点和改进方向,结合授课内容,本文设计"层次型案例教学模式",针对不同内容,设计不同层次和类型的案例,将各类案例分为以下6个层次:辨析型案例、通识型案例、引申型案例、案例型授课、案例型总结、案例型作业。通过教学实践发现,层次性案例教学模式对于促进学生学习和掌握环境法学知识有较好的促进作用,可以对现行案例教学模式进行有效改进,并为环境法学教学实践提供一定的改进方向。

Abstract:Now case teaching mode appears many problems,such as inappropriate case choosing and case organizing.Based on the characteristics and improving direction of environmental law curriculum,combined with the teaching content,this paper puts forward " Hierarchy Case Teaching Mode",which aims at different contents to design cases with different levels and different types,and also divides different cases into six levels: discriminated case,general case,extended case,case teaching,case summarizing and case homework.Through the teaching practice,we can find that hierarchy case teaching mode can promote students to learn and master the knowledge of environmental law,and provide a certain improving direction for the current case teaching mode and teaching practice of environmental law.
