| 摘 要： | 探讨了水资源承载力的评价方法，采用模糊数学中的“隶属度”构建水资源承载力综合指数。结果表明，武威市在1995～1998年间，承载指数属于良好可承载状态；1999～2006年处于可承载状态。究其原因主要与工业废水处理达标率和城市化水平的提高有关。

| Abstract: | The evaluation method of water resources was probed and the comprehensive index of water resources carrying capacity was established based on the ＂membership＂of fuzzy mathematics. The result was concluded that： from 1995 to 1998, the carrying indexes were in good condition; from 1999 to 2006, the carrying indexes were in general condition.The major reason is related to industrial wastewater treatment success rate and the urbanization level. |
