| 摘 要： | 六朝时期是水灾多发期 ,水灾多集中在长江中下游地区 ,给社会经济特别是农业经济发展带来了不利影响。六朝统治者采取了发放救济物质、减免赋税、平抑物价、修建排水工程等措施以救助百姓。
