| 摘 要： | 大学经营是大学对市场经济和社会发展的一种主动适应,是大学在新的形势下求生存谋发展的客观选择。然而,大学在经营管理的过程中,由于市场规律与教育规律之间的矛盾,特别是市场规律本身的缺陷亦可能带来教育价值观的畸变、精神追求的消解以及社会效益的降低等诸多方面的风险。以科学客观的态度认真研究分析大学经营中的风险,探索规避风险的有效对策,是我们实现大学有序经营的目标选择。

| Abstract: | University operation is a kind of adaptation to market economy and social development,it is an objective choice that the university seeks subsistence and pursue development when facing to new situation.In the process of university operation management,however,because of contradictions between market laws and education laws,especially the defects of market laws itself might lead the risks that are distortion of education values,dissipation of spiritual pursuit and reduction of social benefits and so on.Therefore,to realize the target of university operation orderly,we should seriously study about the risk of university operation in a scientific and objective attitude,and seek for the effective solution about risk aversion |
