| 摘 要： | 促进档案信息资源充分、有效地发挥作用是档案信息资源管理部门的基本职责.档案信息资源开发对社会实践的依赖性决定了只有从社会实践的现实出发寻求开发对策才可能从根本上解决档案信息资源开发实践的有效性问题.在当前我国社会实践理性化程度普遍偏低的前提下,通过向行政管理部门提供促进档案信息资源开发对策案、开展档案信息资源开发试点工作以及提高档案信息资源的数字化、网络化传播程度是提升档案信息资源开发力度的有效路径.
