摘    要:价值取向是价值主体在基础教育决策时对基础教育价值选择表现出来的倾向性。我国基础教育决策在价值取向上存在着价值失衡、价值失真与功利取向等问题。优化基础教育决策价值取向必将有利于基础教育的顺利发展。
