| 摘 要： | 首先聚焦新产品开发、新产品研发管理,继而对新产品研发过程及研发过程风险进行了分析.认为服务因素对于成功的新产品研发是不可或缺的,研发与服务的联动可有效降低新产品研发的风险,并且贯穿于新产品研发的整个过程.

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper focuses on the new product development (NPD) and NPD management, and then analyses NPD process and NPD risk. It is found that service is necessary for successful NPD, the linkages between R&D and service can decrease the risk of NPD and impenetrate in the whole process of NPD. |
