| 摘 要： | 新闻的真实是一个动态的概念和过程。事实的变动是新闻赖以存在的依据。而事实的变动在为我们提供可供报道的新闻素材的同时,也增加了我们对事变的认识与把握的难度。动态真实的理念是对传统新闻观的纠偏。防范动态性新闻失实的策略是注重交代消息的来源以及获取信息的时间,变静态、结论式的平面报道为动态、过程式的立体报道,新闻的时效性必须服从动态真实性,报道策划要有预见性与应变性,注意截稿时间与新闻细节的交代,实现传统媒体与网络媒体的互动。

| Abstract: | The reality of news is a kind of dynamic concept and process. The change of facts is a base, on which news is founded. The change of facts can offer us sufficient news reporting materials while at the same time raises the difficulty of handling the news material. The idea of dynamic reality is an improvement of some of the traditional news concepts. In order to avoid the dynamic inconsistence with the facts in news reporting, journalists should make clear the source of the news and tell the audience at what time they get the news. The traditional static and conclusion making like plane reporting mode should be changed into a dynamic solid mode. |
