| 摘 要： | 论述图书馆知识信息服务的含义,指出知识信息服务的核心价值体现在为用户提供有价值和高质量的知识信息.在此基础上提出基于外部资源信息和内部环境支撑相互作用的知识信息价值运行模型,并讨论其价值运行机制.
