摘    要:网络信息资源的发展现状及存在的问题表明:其有序的管理需要数字对象唯一标识符的辅助与配合。美欧等国家和地区的DOIs和日本的cIDF已经发展多年,规模日益扩大,并各有特点。台湾地区的LIPS DOI虽然较为简单,但对于中文唯一标识符的研究也有较高的参考价值。我国数字对象唯一标识符的研究与应用也受到关注,多个项目从不同角度进行研究,走出三条不同的发展道路。在详细分析国内外网络出版现状、国内外数字对象唯一标识符系统的研究与应用现状,并对比三条道路的优缺点后,倡议我国自主研发唯一标识符体系,并建立“中文内容唯一标识符”(CCId)规范。

Abstract:The development status of the digital information resources and the problems encountered indicate that digital object identifier is a necessary tool by which digital information resource can be scientifically and effectively managed. The DOIs in American and European countries and the cIDF in Japan have developed for many years. With the scales increasing day by day, they form their own characteristics respectively. The LIP-DOI in Taiwan province, although a little simple in functions, can provide some experiences for Chinese DOI. In China, the study and application of Chinese digital object identifier are given more attentions. The research on more than one projects shows that three directions will be advanced. After the explicit analysis of the net-publication status and the application and study of digital object identifier at home and abroad, the authors contrast the advantages and disadvantages of the two roads and propose that the Chinese identifier system and the Chinese content identifier (CCId) should be built in China.
