摘    要:选取2008年我国31个省市区的有效专利数据,借助GeoDA和GIS(Greographic Informaion System)空间分析方法,对我国有效专利区域分布进行可视化描述,揭示其空间分异特征。分析结果表明:我国有效专利数量地区不均衡特征明显;结构特征表现为发明和外观设计专利布局系数的空间分布地区之间差异较大,实用新型专利相对较小;有效专利的高高区域为山东、江苏、上海、浙江4个地区,且上海是高高聚集的中心;高低区域为北京、辽宁、广东、四川4个地区,其中四川省最为显著;低高与低低区域在空间位置上普遍呈现相邻关系。

Abstract:With the help of the mapping and spatial autocorrelation analysis method of Arcgis and GeoDA,the spatial difference of patent in force in China has been analyzed and visualized based on the patent in force data of 31 provinces in 2008.The results indicate that: the quantity is characterized by disproportional distribution;the structure characteristics include there is a wide gap of space distribution between the patent of invention and design while the location quotient of the utility patent is low.It also finds that the high-high regions are Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai which is the center;high-low regions are Beijing,Liaoning,Guangdong and Sichuan which is the most remarkable;most low-high and low-low regions are neighbor relationship.
