| 摘 要： | 针对网络环境下快速发表论文的特点，对网络发表论文的学术影响力进行分析，进而提出网络学术论文的影响力评价模型构想，该模型可与现有学术评价体系对应和衔接，以促进不同于传统期刊发表论文模式的网络发表模式持久发展。

| Abstract: | The research attempts to analyze the characteristics of academic papers published in the network environment,and further to analyze the academic influence of these papers rapid published online.Then it constructs the evaluation model of the network papers,academic influences.The model could be connected with existing evaluation system,and thus may promote the rapid publishing way on the network going on. |
