| 摘 要： | 探讨社会网络与企业内部知识共享在理论上的关联，并在关系层次和结构层次上加以论证，进而研究社会网络关系维度中各种因素对企业内部知识共享存在的影响。重点是构建一种知识共享模式--在任务驱动下基于社会网络的企业内部知识共享模式，并研究其应用过程。该模式应用社会网络理论对企业内部社会网络关系与结构进行分析，以便找出并解决企业内部知识共享问题，最后提出该模式知识共享的管理对策。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to search the theory connections of social network and knowledge sharing in the enterprises,secondly it demonstrates from the relationship between the level of hierarchy and structure, and finally it explores the impact of various factors of relational dimension in the social network on the knowledge sharing within the enterprises and the necessity and feasibility of building the model of enterprise knowledge sharing based on the social network. Focus on establishing the knowledge sharing model in the enterprises at a perspective of social network and studies its application process, and proposes the management measures for the model. |
