基于模糊PID的三容水箱液位控制

摘    要:工业生产中液位控制主要以传统的PID控制为主。针对液位控制的大滞后、时变性和非线性特性,总结PID参数的调节规律,并以此制定模糊控制规则,将模糊控制技术与PID控制相结合,设计出了模糊PID控制器。将所设计的模糊PID控制器应用于三容水箱液位控制系统中,实验表明该控制器在实际控制中取得了良好的控制效果。

Abstract:The traditional PID control is mainly used for liquid level control in industrial production.After the regulation of PID parameters is summarized and the fuzzy control rules are designed,a Fuzzy-PID controller is designed to combine the fuzzy control technology and the PID control to deal with delay,time-variation and nonlinearity in the process of water level control.The Fuzzy-PID controller is used in the three-tank water level control system and the experiment indicates that the controller has obtained a good control effect in practice.
