| 摘 要： | 伴随着民办高等教育的发展,我国民办高校教师队伍发展成就突出:教师规模结构逐渐优化;教师权益保障政策不断跟进;教师专业发展支持力度逐步加强。民办高校教师队伍建设过程中还存在一些不足:政策落实落地仍然滞后;教师队伍建设成效有待提高;教师队伍建设的支持方式存在局限。展望未来,推进民办高校教师队伍建设的基本思路和实现路径有三点:一是用发展的眼光和战略性思维规划教师队伍建设;二是用精细化的管理方法和举措推动教师队伍建设;三是用科学的管理运行体制机制助力教师队伍建设。

| Abstract: | With the development of non-state run higher education,great achievements have been made in the development of teaching staff in non-state run higher education;namely,the gradual improvement of the scale and structure of teaching staff,the continuous following up of protection policy for teachers' rights and interests,and the enhancement of support for teachers' professional development.Shortcomings still exist in the process including the latency of the policy implementation,the ineffectiveness of teaching staff construction awaiting,and the limitation of supportive mode.Looking ahead,there are three basic ideas and realization paths to promote the construction of teaching staff in non-state run higher education:firstly,to project the construction of teaching staff in a long-term and strategic perspective,secondly,to promote the construction of the teaching staff with refined management methods and measures,and thirdly,to help the construction of teaching staff in the scientific management and operation system mechanism. |
