摘    要:图书馆对书商服务的质量监管是图书采访、加工、编目等工作顺利开展的保障。文章阐述了新形势下图书馆对中标书商建立服务质量评价制度的重要性,并结合苏州大学图书馆实践,探讨了加强书商服务质量监管力度的有效措施。

Abstract:Only if the library supervises the quality of bookseller's service,the acquisition,processing and cataloging of books can be guaranteed. The article underlines the necessity that the libraries should establish a system in order to assess the service quality of cooperative booksellers under new circumstances. Integrated with the practical experience of Soochow University Library,it gives an insight into effective measures to reinforce the supervision of the service quality of booksellers.
