| 摘 要： | 研究生的科研能力既关系到研究生个人的成长,也关系到国家科研创新能力的提升。但是扩招制度,宽进宽出的管理制度以及导师和学校学术氛围等因素严重影响学生的学术能力。为此,必须严进严出,切实把好研究生进出关;改革导师指导形式,加强导师队伍建设;创造良好的学术氛围,改善硬件设施。

| Abstract: | The research ability of postgraduates not only concerns their own growth,but also affects their capability of research and innovation.The research ability of postgraduates is seriously affected by such factors as postgraduates'enrollment expansion,the management system of lenient entry,lenient exit,their tutors and the academic atmosphere.Hence,we must reform the enrollment and management system,enhance the ability of tutors,create a good academic atmosphere and improve the hardware facilities. |
