| 摘 要： | 全面分析第21届冬奥会速滑强国的特征,世界速滑格局被打破,以个人优势项目带动非优势项目实现多项发展、借助其他项目获得速滑项目所需技术及身体机能,是获得突破的重要标志。中国速度滑冰的整体实力有所下滑,未能实现冬奥会金牌零的突破。充分发挥举国体制优势,扩大战略主攻方向,培养＂金牌＂教练员,组建复合型教练团队,转变训练理念,是中国速度滑冰的主要突破方向。
