| 摘 要： | 我国正在进行的经济改革是一场深刻的社会变革。在改革实践过程中 ,要贯彻落实好江泽民总书记“三个代表”的重要思想 ,不断满足和体现人民群众的利益 ,就必须坚定不移地坚持以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度和以按劳分配、多种分配方式并存的分配制度 ;正确处理按劳分配与按生产要素分配的关系 ;努力实现管理的民主化

| Abstract: | The undergoing economic reform in our country is a profound social reform. In the course of reform practice, in order to carry out the important thoughts of "Three Represents" by President Jiang Zemin, constantly satisfy and embody people's interests, we must consistently stick to the fundamental economic system of public ownership supplemented by diversified economic ownership, as well as the distribution rule on work basis, co-existent of diversified distribution forms. Correctly handle the relationship between distribution on work basis and distribution on essential elements of production basis. Realize the democratic management with utmost effort. |
