| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的年度考核存在缺少计划和监控,评价指标不够完善,不能准确、科学合理地反映员工之间的工作业绩差距,对优秀的奖励力度太小等问题,文章针对出现的问题提出了建立绩效管理循环、细化考核指标、实行相对绩效评价、设立绩效工资等解决办法.参考文献3.

| Abstract: | Some problems exist in the annual examination of academic libraries, such as lacking plan and control, evaluation target imperfect and gives few awards to the excellent. Aiming at the existing problems, the paper puts forward some solution methods as establishing the performance management circulation, making detailed examination target, carrying out relative performance evaluation and setting up performance pay. 3 refs. |
