| 摘 要： | 通过对普通高校体育教育专业学生综合能力水平与社会需求的差距的调查,采用因子分析方法,对其培养与教育的主要影响因素进行分析,提出该专业人才培养改革的相应对策.旨在推进教学改革的步伐,合理利用和创造更好的学习和育人环境,为普通高校培养适应未来社会需求的体育教育专门人才提供决策参考.

| Abstract: | Through the survey of professional comprehensive abilities of physical education
of college students and social demand gap, using the factor analysis method, this paper
analyze the main influence factors of education and training, Corresponding countermeasures
are put forward in the reform of the training of the professional talents. This paper aims
to promote the teaching reform, make rational use of and create better learning and teaching
environment, and provide decision-making reference for cultivating PE talents meeting
society needs. |
