| 摘 要： | 随着世界各国经济开放与发展，经济全球化成为二十一世纪世界经济发展的主流。随着国际贸易和国际投资规模扩大，以国际互联网为代表的信息技术在生产、流通、消费等领域的广泛应用，网络经济将带动电信、银行、保险和运输等全球服务业市场继续扩张，自然也给企业参与市场竞争带来了新的机遇与挑战，给企业的经营管理带来了全新的变革。

With the broadening of international trade and investment, the wide use of information technology in the field of production, circulation and consuming, web economy will promote the expanding of service trade worldwide, such as tele-communication, banking, insurance and transportation, and will bring opportunities and challenges of the competition of as well as brand-new internal reform of manageial administration. |
