| 摘 要： | 村规民约作为村民整体共识的反映和利益表达形式，源于乡土社会，有着深厚的历史文化积淀和浓郁的草根特色。村规民约在社会主义新农村与和谐社会的建设中，对整合乡村社会资源、内化村民思想观念、维持乡村日常秩序、优化村民生活环境、促进乡风民风淳化，有着独特的功能。

| Abstract: | Village regulations and agreements spring from local society, as the villagers＇ whole consensus and the expression of interest, which have deep historical and cultural heritage and the characteristics of grass - roots. In the constructing socialism new rural and harmonious society, village regulations and agreements bare the unique function, which express as follows： integrated rural community resources, internalized village ideas, maintain village day - to-day order, optimize the living environment of villagers, promote the purification of the folk custom. |
