| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对自由泳的手臂动作的技术进行分析,分别对自由泳臂的四个阶段入水、划水、出水、空中移臂进行技术分析并指出该技术容易出现的错误点.旨在分析自由泳臂的技术原理和特点,同时对自由泳臂的四个阶段的技术特点也给予相应的分析,为自由泳运动员的自由泳臂的训练水平和竞技水平的提高一些理论参考依据.

| Abstract: | This paper uses the literature material law, the freestyle arm action technical analysis respectively, the freestyle arm of the four stages into the water, strokes, water, and air moving arm for technical analysis and points out that the technology is easy to appear the mistake point. The article aims at analyzing freestyle arm technology principle and characteristics, at the same time for freestyle am of the four stages of the technical characteristics and gives corresponding analysis, for freestyle athlete＇s freestyle arm training level and raises the level of competitive some theoretical reference basis |
