中小学教师的领导方式对其职业心理发展的影响

摘    要:利用教师领导的方式问卷、教学效能感问卷及职业倦怠问卷对佳木斯地区中小学教师计554人进行调查。对调查数据进行整理和分析,使用Amos4.0统计软件建构中小学教师领导的方式预测教学效能感、职业倦怠的模型。该模型表明:中小学教师的放任型领导方式不仅直接加重职业倦怠,并且因为导致低水平的教学效能感而使职业倦怠问题更加恶化。在调查中还发现,如果教师仅是在形式上对学生民主,那么这种民主的领导方式对教师职业心理发展的促进会很微弱,相比较放任型领导方式对职业心理发展的损害来说可忽略不计。

Abstract:The professional mentality was investigated among 554 teachers in Kiamusze region using teacher leading style?teaching efficacy and professional burnout questionnaire.The model of teacher leading style predicting teaching efficacy?professional burnout was designed.The model showed that: the indulgent leading style not only aggravated professional burnout straight,but also deteriorated professional burnout according to bring on lower teaching efficacy.It was brought forward that if the leading style of teacher treating students was nothing more than democratic formally,it had little advancement to the development of professional mentality.In contrast,the indulgent leading style had little harm to the development of professional mentality.
