| 摘 要： | 体育休闲娱乐活动是基于现代社会人类对自身健康需求和对绚丽多彩生活的向往与追求而创造出来的一种文化现象,造福于人类的健康.体育休闲娱乐活动的开展要注重文化力量的引领,考虑地理环境、价值观念、思维方式、生活方式、民俗习惯等因素对人们选择体育休闲娱乐行为的影响作用.随着全面建设小康社会的深化,人们拥有闲暇时间的充裕、物质生活的满足、精神追求的向往,可以推论体育休闲娱乐是一种健康文明的生活方式,将成为广大群众增进健康的经常性活动.

| Abstract: | Lesure sport is a sport culture for human being's health and happy life in modern sociaty.And human being who creates it to serve ourselves.Development of lesure sport should think highly of power of culture.At the same time,we have to think over effects of Chaoshanses tradionnal culture on our action characteristic,from some factors of geography condition,worthiness conception,elthical morality,life-style and local custom.As society devolops quickly,people can use more lesure,more material,and seek spirit joy.So we can conduct that lesure sport is a kind of healthy,civil lifestyle.Many people play it frequently to improve their health. |
