| 摘 要： | 审判流程管理是一个系统工程，不仅涉及到相关制度的完善和改革的推进，还有赖于相关理论基础研究的深入展开，更取决于司法主体法治理念的更新和民众法律感情的培养。在综合运用比较分析、实证分析、价值分析等研究方法，以程序正义为视角揭示审判流程管理制度的理论基础和内在价值的基础上，明确实行审判流程制度的核心在于权力的分离与整合。

| Abstract: | The judicial proceeding management is a systematic project. It concerns the perfection and reform of related systems. It relies on in-depth research into related theories, innovation of law-related concepts of the judicial bodies, and the cultivation of the public attitude towards law. With a combination of comparative analysis, case study, value analysis, this paper reveals the theoretical basis and inner value of judicial proceeding management system and points out the key to the system is the decentralization and integration of Dower. |
