| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会保障制度的日渐完善和国家与社会对社会保障事业的日益重视,社会对该方面的人才需求量日益增加。但从实践来看,该专业学生就业并不理想。原因在于在该专业建设中存在着专业定位不统一、课程设置无基准、重理论教学轻实践教学等问题,因此,需在上述方面加以改进。

| Abstract: | As China gradually improves the social security system and the state and society increase emphasis on social security,demand of human resources for these aspects is increasing in society.But in practice,the employment rate for students of this major is not satisfactory.The reason is： there exists such problems as the specialty orientation is not uniform in its construction;curriculum lacks benchmark;more emphasis on theory teaching and negalect of practical teaching.Therefore,improvement needs to be made in these areas. |
